Applications, Applications...

The thought of many individuals applying for graduate school has been on my mind and heart so I thought I would share some scriptures that gave me peace during my process of filling out applications and the dreaded waiting process. I hope if any of you read this you too will find peace through Gods word.

No need in worrying….

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4: 6-7

Be patient….

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalm 27:14

Trust in Gods plan….

“God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection.” Psalm 18: 30

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

No matter the outcome of your application process rest in the assurance that all along God already new the outcome and that because of our great God we can walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), and trust he will continue to guide you in the direction you are suppose to go.
